Job Title: IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of IT Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This position will be exclusively focused on managing IT, digital, and technical requirements for multinational corporations, startups, and GCCs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership roles and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
    • Utilize various sourcing channels to attract and engage qualified candidates for IT positions.
    • Evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
    • Develop and implement delivery strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Database Management:
    • Ensure timely updates and sharing of designated dashboards.
    • Maintain 100% compliance with internal ATS and tools.
  • Networking:
    • Establish and expand a diverse network of industry professionals and potential candidates through various channels.
    • Gather market intelligence and industry trends through networking activities.
  • Self-Learning & Others:
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the staffing industry.
    • Invest in self-learning to enhance revenue, productivity, and profitability.
    • Avoid backout ratio by efficiently managing candidate flow.
    • Follow all SOPs in the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of managing recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Full time graduate with overall first division.
  • Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
