Job Title: Recruitment Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Recruitment Data Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS Excel, data analysis, and recruitment reporting. They will be responsible for generating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, monitoring and analyzing ATS and recruitment performance data, creating dashboards, summaries, and insights to support business decisions, and coordinating with internal teams to support data-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases.
  • Design and implement effective data visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data integration and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in MIS, recruitment reporting, or analytics.
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, etc.).
  • Experience working with ATS data and recruitment KPIs.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with large datasets.
  • No advanced SQL/BI tool knowledge required – Excel is the primary tool.
