Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Summary\

Our organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment processes in a Global Capability Center (GCC) / Shared Services environment. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders, leverage recruitment technology, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while hiring for mid to senior-level roles across engineering and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines.
  • Implement psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection.
  • Deploy recruitment automation/AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
\Requirements & Qualifications:\
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup.
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation/AI-enabled tools is a plus.
