Senior HR/Recruitment Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR/Recruitment professional with expertise in healthcare recruitment to join our organization.

This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, university hiring processes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, leadership positions, and university talent.
  • Manage payroll, HR operations, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare and update job descriptions across functions.
  • Partner with management to meet organizational talent needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of university hiring and healthcare industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
