    • Effectively manage team capacity, sprint planning, and delivery commitments to meet business needs
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Product, Data, and Operations teams to plan and deliver features, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
    • Drive the adoption of engineering best practices, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects
