Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Designer who can blend creativity with problem-solving to design elegant, user-friendly solutions for complex problems. You'll be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact the way healthcare organizations interact with our platform. Your work will help simplify workflows for our users, enhance their experience, and ultimately contribute to better service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch.
  • User Research: Participate in user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions and inform future iterations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration.
