Job Title: Associate UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design of both digital products and marketing materials.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects.

  • About This Role:
  • We collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create seamless user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints.
  • Your key responsibilities will include designing intuitive visually appealing and functional user interfaces for our digital products web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Design:
  • Assist in designing user-centric designs that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with our design system and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design HCI or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design including internships or freelance work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles UX best practices and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in designing for Dashboards & Websites.
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI kits.
