Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales, marketing, business operations, and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive domestic and international expansion, franchise partnerships, and B2B collaborations
  • Identify and pitch to investors, supporting fundraising alongside the Founder
  • Own revenue, profitability, and clinic performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek an experienced leader from a top-tier institute (IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI etc.) with a strong background in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospital, or Startup leadership.

10–20 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of driving sales of minimum USD 1M ARR per annum in center-based, franchise-driven, or health/retail business models.

Entrepreneurial mindset with risk appetite and founder-level commitment.

Willingness to join in a purely equity-based role initially, with future profit-sharing and salary post-fundraise.
