• Drive Growth Experiments: Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Acquire New Customers: Engage in cold outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns to win over new prospects.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
      • Content Development: Craft compelling content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) that captures attention and builds trust.
        • Community Building: Foster connections with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to establish our presence.
          • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to transform growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
          Requirements:
          • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
            • A solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers)
              • An analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data
                • A willingness to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors
                  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools
