About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to drive demand generation and pre-sales efforts across various buyer and seller segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Top-of-Funnel (Marketing)
- Develop content and outreach strategies for founders and brands, focusing on SEO and AI-driven tools.
- Plan and execute webinars, events, and referral programs to generate traffic and leads.
- Build and optimize marketing campaigns, lead magnets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Mid-Funnel (Lead Capture & Nurture)
- Optimize website CTAs, forms, and landing pages to enhance user experience and lead quality.
- Implement automation and enrichment processes to improve lead nurturing sequences via WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure seamless communication with potential customers.
Bottom-of-Funnel (Outbound + Pre-Sales)
- Design and execute outbound campaigns via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp to engage high-intent leads.
- Qualify and pass leads to sales teams with relevant context and support.
- Collaborate with sellers to onboard and enable them with necessary decks and materials.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, or growth-related roles.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with hands-on experience with design tools like Canva/Figma and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Notion AI, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Comfort working with industrial buyer and seller workflows, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
