About the Role:
As a seasoned recruiter, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.
- Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).

Requirements:
