About the Job

The Global Game Show is seeking an International Partnership Executive to lead sponsorship initiatives and secure strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting potential partners, negotiating deals, and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize brand visibility.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with production and marketing teams to integrate sponsorships into show content and promotional campaigns.
  4. Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed as per agreements, maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop creative sponsorship proposals and close deals.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
