About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, listening actively, and providing timely solutions to their inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS BY LISTENING ACTIVELY AND RESPONDING TIMELY TO INQUIRIES
- PROVIDING ACCURATE AND HELPFUL SOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMER ISSUES
- MANAGING MULTIPLE CHATS AND EMAILS WHILE MAINTAINING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
- ADDRESSING AND RESOLVING CUSTOMER ISSUES EFFECTIVELY
- DEMONSTRATING THE VALUE OF OUR COMPANY BY PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Requirements:
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Preferred)
- EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL
- POSITIVE, POLITE, CONFIDENT, SINCERE, AND FRIENDLY DISPOSITION
- ABILITY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS & THINK QUICKLY ON YOUR FEET
- ABILITY TO STAY CALM, COOL, AND COLLECTED DURING STRESSFUL CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS
- FLEXIBILITY – WE'RE GROWING AND EVOLVING, AND YOU'LL NEED TO COME ALONG FOR THE RIDE
- AN EYE FOR DETAIL
- KNOWLEDGE OF CRM IS A PLUS
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT
