Customer Onboarding Manager

Leaving a lasting impression on customers is a priority as their first point of contact with the company. As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will oversee their onboarding, requests, and renewals, ensuring seamless integration into our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create tailored customer onboarding processes that incorporate comprehensive training, implementation, and solution development within the Spendflo platform.
  • Forge and maintain relationships among internal and external teams to optimize account management.
  • Establish measurable metrics and KPIs to evaluate process enhancements and overall account health.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the Spendflo platform, partnering closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and leveraging our platform's capabilities to provide solutions.
  • Address product support inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management to gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.
About You:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience managing large-scale customer implementations for enterprise clients, consulting with clients at senior levels (Director, VP, and Exec) of Fortune 500 companies, and developing project management skills.
  • Advanced understanding of cloud-based software environments and APIs.
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments, taking projects from conception to completion.
  • Familiarity with webhooks, CRUD actions, and database structure.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Proficient in creating bespoke workflows to increase value for customers.
  • Expertise in teasing out nuanced details from customers to identify pain points.
