Ambitious Client Success Advocate

Job Summary:

The Ambitious Client Success Advocate plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation of clinical software solutions. This highly skilled position requires experience in a related field and involves leading clients through a seamless implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client/project needs and build strong, lasting relationships with the client

  • Develop and manage implementation project lifecycles from inception to completion

  • Effectively communicate with clients to define scope versus out-of-scope requirements

  • Keep projects on track and on time, ensuring timely delivery of results

  • Lead meetings and direct team/client solutions to anticipate and overcome obstacles

  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the client during implementation

  • Update clients and internal management on project status, issues, and additional scope

  • Manage issue escalations and provide guidance as necessary

  • Communicate recommendations to management for strategic decision-making

  • Promote collaboration among teams and clients to establish and improve best practices

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by advocating for client needs and product requests to support teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Conflict resolution and time management expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 4-5 years of experience in client-facing roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • US Clinical Healthcare experience required
