Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to lead clients through the implementation of our Clinical software.

This is a challenging position that requires experience in project management, client facing, and conflict resolution.

  • A Key Responsibility of this role is to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

  • You will be responsible for assessing client needs, building relationships, and developing implementation project lifecycles.

Skill Requirements:

  • Project Management expertise with proven track record of delivering results.

  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills with ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal departments.

  • Conflict resolution and time management skills with ability to work under pressure.

  • US Clinical Healthcare experience required with 4-5 years of experience in client facing.
