Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to lead clients through the implementation of our Clinical software.
This is a challenging position that requires experience in project management, client facing, and conflict resolution.
A Key Responsibility of this role is to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
You will be responsible for assessing client needs, building relationships, and developing implementation project lifecycles.
Skill Requirements:
Project Management expertise with proven track record of delivering results.
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills with ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal departments.
Conflict resolution and time management skills with ability to work under pressure.
US Clinical Healthcare experience required with 4-5 years of experience in client facing.
