Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are a specialist law firm seeking an experienced lawyer to join our international team.

The ideal candidate will support our corporate team on US law related work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, fund formation, representation, and international commercial work.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified as an Advocate in India with at least one year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • LLB or equivalent degree from an Indian national law school (or equivalent) and ranked in the top 20% of their batch
  • Previous experience with a leading corporate law firm in India in the M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate practice
  • Ability to evaluate complex legal issues and provide solutions in simple English to clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize large volumes of information, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong drafting skills
