Job Title:

Corporate Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions
  • Review and finalize transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments
  • Facilitate collaboration with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals
  • Ensure adherence to applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital
  • Strong understanding of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are encouraged to apply
