Client Success Professional

The Client Success Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding clients through the implementation of Clinical software. This skilled position requires experience in a related field and involves managing multiple projects to ensure timely completion of tasks as outlined in the client's project plan.

  • Assess client/project needs and build relationships with the client.
  • Develop and manage implementation project lifecycles, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Manage client expectations, outcomes, and timelines, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
  • Effectively communicate with the client to define what is in scope versus out of scope, promoting transparency and trust.
  • Keep the project in scope and on time, mitigating risks and minimizing delays.
  • Lead meetings and direct team/client solutions to anticipate and overcome obstacles, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the client during implementation, ensuring alignment and coordination.
  • Update client and internal management on project status, issues, and additional scope, providing regular progress updates.
  • Manage issue escalations and provide direction as necessary, resolving conflicts and finding solutions.
  • Communicate recommendations to management, advising on best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Promote team and client collaboration to establish and improve best practices, driving business results and growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by advocating for client needs and product requests to support teams, product development, and engineering teams.
