Key Role:

Senior Technical Lead

As a seasoned Senior Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative enterprise-grade AI solutions across diverse domains in the US and UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your deep technical knowledge, robust problem-solving capabilities, and leadership experience to guide end-to-end AI solution development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions within scalable microservices-based architectures.
  • Architect and build backend systems and APIs using modern frameworks and tools, such as Python, FastAPI/Flask, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to translate business needs into high-performing AI applications.
  • Develop the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, encompassing large language models, fine-tuning, and agentic AI systems.
  • Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps/MLOps best practices, and robust testing frameworks.
  • Leverage cloud platforms, preferably AWS, for scalable infrastructure and deployment, ensuring cost efficiency and security compliance.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML and backend engineering, recommending the adoption of emerging technologies where applicable.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python (a must-have) with experience in FastAPI or Flask for building scalable APIs and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing distributed systems.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and adhering to best practices in DevOps and MLOps workflows.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions, including LLM fine-tuning, small language model optimization, and building agentic AI systems.
