About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Success Executive (freshers) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in client relationship management and B2B interactions. You will be working closely with the Customer Success Manager to support business owners, track strategies shared by coaches, and ensure smooth execution. This position requires strong communication skills, ownership, and willingness to learn advanced tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with assigned clients, ensuring trust and engagement.
  • Connect with B2B clients (business owners) through regular calls and follow-ups.
  • Assist in identifying gaps, delays, or challenges in client strategy execution and coordinate with the team for solutions.
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and the organization to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Support in preparing client reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Take responsibility for assigned accounts with proactive follow-ups.
  • Stay adaptable to changing client and business needs.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint (willingness to learn advanced features).
  • Eagerness to build a career in client relationship management and B2B communication.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a client-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
