Job Title: Client Success Executive (Female – Freshers | Advanced Excel

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Executive (Female – Freshers | Advanced Excel with strong Advanced Excel skills to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are confident in handling data analysis, reporting, and dashboards in Excel, while also building client relationships. You will work closely with B2B clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies, client satisfaction, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Conduct regular calls with B2B clients (business owners) to monitor strategy execution.
  • Identify and resolve execution gaps, delays, and challenges.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams for seamless communication.
  • Prepare advanced reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
  • Support the Customer Success Manager in driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Take complete ownership of follow-ups, updates, and client queries.
  • Adapt quickly to client requirements and dynamic business needs.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (Business / Commerce or related fields preferred).
  • Advanced Excel expertise is mandatory (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, data analysis, dashboards).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for professional presentations.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
