Job Overview

Phitany is seeking a talented and highly motivated client relationship excutive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to manage and optimise social media pages, Google Ad accounts, and PPC advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Understand clients' business goals and develop digital marketing strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage and optimize clients' social media pages, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee Google Ad accounts, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and campaign results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in managing digital marketing and account management.
  • Proficiency in social media management, Google Ads, and PPC advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving client objectives.
