Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Client Relationship Executive to nurture and expand relationships with our key clients. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client objectives and challenges, develop tailored solutions, and drive improvements in their business performance. You will lead client engagements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients
  • Understand client goals and design customized business strategies to meet their needs
  • Lead client projects and coordinate efforts across internal teams such as operations, finance, and support
  • Facilitate strategy sessions, contract negotiations, and performance review meetings
  • Identify growth opportunities and new business within existing client accounts
  • Deliver insightful reports and analyses on client performance and industry trends
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to refining consulting practices

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience managing key client relationships and achieving business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
  • Adaptable to change and quick to learn new processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law (LLB), or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, client management, or business strategy roles
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and delivering tailored solutions
