About Us:

We are a growing event management company specializing in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, and social events. We are looking for a smart, confident, and client-focused Client Relationship Executive (Female) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and event-related documentation.
  • Coordinate for meetings, presentations, and event planning discussions.
  • Handle client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist the sales & business development team with client communication.
  • Maintain CRM records, client updates, and project timelines.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam/Hindi)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Presentable, confident, and good at client interactions
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in event management or client handling is an added advantage
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
