Key Focus Areas

  • Client Ownership: Become the single point of contact for the committed client, providing all necessary updates and managing expectations for their mobility process.
  • Process Management: Drive application and acceptance processes for institutions/employers, and expertly coordinate all required student and work visa documentation.

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years in a Client Success or Operations role within the Study Abroad/Immigration/Visa Processing sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proactive communication.
