Job Description: Audit Client Relationship Executive (Freshers Preferred)

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Audit Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in audit and client relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a smart professional demeanour, and a passion for building relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between clients and the audit team while supporting file handling and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, timely, and professional responses to client inquiries.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the audit process, addressing their concerns and requests.
  • Collaborate with the audit team to ensure that client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate tasks and activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of audit-related deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and audit documents.
  • Ensure all files are up-to-date and properly stored for audit purposes.
  • Assist in coordinating activities with various departments and team members to ensure the smooth execution of audits.
  • Provide support to the team as needed to ensure high-quality client service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or any accounting-related field.
