Job Summary

We are hiring a focused and detail-driven Client relationship executiveto support customer relationship operations at . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM data, maintaining dashboards, and generating insights that enhance customer engagement and improve business performance. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates with foundational analytical skills and a strong interest in CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and oversee the organization's CRM system.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify customer behavior patterns, engagement metrics, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic CRM performance reports and present insights to management.
  • Support sales, marketing, and operations teams by optimizing CRM workflows.
  • Assist in building dashboards, customer segments, and campaign tracking modules.
  • Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness through routine data audits.
  • Handle CRM-related queries and requests from internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 0–1 year of experience in CRM support, data analysis, or similar roles..
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL or visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
