Job Title: Advanced Excel Analyst – Client Success (Female Candidates)

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid – 3 days in office, remaining days WFH)

About the Role

We are looking for a Female Advanced Excel Analyst to join our growing Client Success team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are confident in Advanced Excel reporting, dashboards, and data analysis while also building client relationships. You will play a key role in analyzing data, preparing insights, and ensuring effective strategy execution for B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and models (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, macros preferred).
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned B2B clients, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct client review calls to track execution and performance progress.
  • Identify execution gaps and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth strategy implementation.
  • Prepare professional business presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Support the Customer Success Manager in driving client retention and success.
  • Handle client updates, follow-ups, and queries with ownership.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates (Commerce / Business / Analytics backgrounds preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
