A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with clients/customers, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and supporting business growth through excellent service and communication. CRE should also act as the vital link between our customers and internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Build strong client relationships to increase trust and loyalty

· Clearly communicate product features, workflows, and updates to customers.

  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and usage of the company's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations, product, and technical teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Proactively identify customers needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upgrades.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.
  • Collect, analyze, and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Prepare and share periodic reports on customer engagement and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or client servicing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup.
