Customer Success Executive

A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with clients/customers, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and supporting business growth through excellent service and communication. CRE should also act as the vital link between our customers and internal operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Build strong client relationships to increase trust and loyalty
· Clearly communicate product features, workflows, and updates to customers.
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and usage of the company's solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations, product, and technical teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Proactively identify customers needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.
- Collect, analyze, and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Prepare and share periodic reports on customer engagement and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or client servicing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
