Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively recognize and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment domain, focusing on C2C and C2H hiring models.
  • Client & Vendor Partnerships: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and vendors to foster long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Solution Provision: Thoroughly understand client staffing requirements and deliver tailored, effective recruitment solutions that align with their needs.
  • Business Growth Management: Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through to successful closure and growth.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of qualified candidates to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Business Development specifically within the recruitment industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong and in-depth understanding of Domestic, C2C, and C2H recruitment models.
  • Closing Ability: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
  • Results Orientation: A proactive and results-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
