Key Responsibilities:- New Business Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment domain, with a specific focus on C2C and C2H hiring models.- Client & Vendor Relationship Management: Build, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients and vendors to foster long-term partnerships.- Solution Delivery: Thoroughly understand client staffing requirements and deliver tailored, effective recruitment solutions that align with their needs.- End-to-End Business Development: Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and successful closure.- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of qualified candidates to clients.Skills & Experience:- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Business Development specifically within the staffing and recruitment industry.- Industry Knowledge: Strong and in-depth understanding of Domestic, C2C, and C2H recruitment models.- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.- Results-Oriented: A proactive and results-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (ref:iimjobs.com)
