As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow your client portfolio, develop new markets, and expand recruitment delivery capabilities while working within a global culture that values innovation, collaboration, and commercial excellence. The Role As a Sales and Business Development Associate, you will: 
• Identify and target new business opportunities across sectors, focusing on building long-term relationships with decision-makers and HR leaders. 
• Sell recruitment and talent advisory services by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions. 
• Manage the full client acquisition cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding. 
• Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements. 
• Track, measure, and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends. 
• Represent Antal at industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence. Qualifications 
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at senior levels. 
• Commercially minded with the ability to link recruitment solutions to client business objectives. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to market engagement. Preferred Qualifications: 
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in recruitment, staffing, or professional services. 
• Experience growing a client portfolio and meeting/exceeding revenue targets. We Offer
