This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Access Control and CCTV systems software and hardware across all Morgan Stanley offices globally. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all Security Technology related issues/outages.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To configure, monitor, and maintain the Access Control and CCTV systems' software and backend hardware including application Servers.
    • To provide technical support for but not limited to Access Control and CCTV systems.
    • To diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues pertaining to Access Control CCTV systems and other CSI applications.
    • To provide remote support to our internal clients on system configuration.
    • To track system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
    • To escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
    • To document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals at the dedicated file depository/knowledgebase.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • To install and configure security system applications on servers.
    • To monitor application services hosted on servers 24/7.
    • To properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Familiarity with Access Control and CCTV systems and experience in their installation and maintenance is an advantage.
    • Experience in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and related hardware is required.
    • Experience in enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene (Cognyte/Verint), Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions etc.
    • Experience in Windows Server Operating Systems (E.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019) is essential.
    • Proficiency in PowerShell programming is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are required.
    • Technical trouble shooting and reverse engineering skills are necessary.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed.
    • Motivated self-starter and ability to multitask are essential.
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or any equivalent qualification.

Working Conditions:

The staff will work in shifts including night shift. Working hours will be 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
