Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Maintenance:
    • Setup and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Track and manage review cycles using JIRA for various stages such as Supervisor Review, SME Review, DRA Review, and Author Rework.
  • Automation Scripting:
    • Configure automation rules for notifications, transitions, and field updates to automate routine tasks.
    • Use scripting tools and plugins to enhance JIRA functionality and improve user experience.
    • Example: Jenkins integration for JIRA logging and automated test result uploads to increase productivity.
  • Reporting Dashboards:
    • Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders using JIRA and integrated tools to facilitate data-driven decision making.
    • Export and analyze EPIC-level data for planning and implementation tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
  • User Support Training:
    • Provide support to users on JIRA usage and best practices to enhance their skills.
    • Conduct training sessions and create help documentation to empower users and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
