This is an exceptional opportunity to join our organization as a Truesight Operations Management Specialist.

  • Job Description:
  • As a Truesight Operations Management Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, upgrading, integrating, administering, and configuring BMC TrueSight Operations Management, particularly with version 10.x and later.
  • You will also install Patrol Agents on Windows, RHEL, AIX, and Solaris OS, and have working knowledge of custom KMs, troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent and TrueSight server component issues.
  • Additionally, you will configure Event Management policy Administration and have working knowledge of MRLs and custom classes.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Principles of BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation, upgrade, integration, administration, configuration (especially with version 10.x & later)
  • Good experience in installation of Patrol Agents on Windows, RHEL, AIX, Solaris OS
  • Basics in working on knowledge modules like DB, Websphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, Sentry monitoring studio etc. along with basic KMs like OS, LOG, URL
  • Good to have working knowledge of custom KMs
  • Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent, TrueSight server component issues
  • Knowledge in Event Management policy Administration, configuration
  • Working knowledge of MRLs, custom classes
