**Storage System Administrator Position:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage System Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 level support for storage systems in a mission-critical banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using established runbooks.
  • Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in our tracking system.
  • Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change management and supervision.
  • Escalate to senior team members with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS and local banking regulations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery/business continuity drills to maintain platform readiness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in storage administration (SAN, NAS, ECS) with ITIL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Dell EMC, Cisco, and Brocade SAN technologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment with on-call rotation.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE Storage certifications (Associate/Professional).
  • Brocade/Cisco SAN certifications; AWS S3/Object Storage fundamentals (desired).
