Job Title: Night Shift System Administrator

Our organization is seeking a skilled Night Shift System Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of production systems. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) job processes.

  • Manage and administer Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery failover activities to ensure the reliability of critical systems.
  • Perform system patching activities to keep all systems up-to-date with the latest security and functionality updates.
  • Collaborate with different teams to address and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and share comprehensive periodic status reports detailing the performance, incidents, and improvements made during the week.

This role requires expertise in managing EOD/BOD job handling and DC/DR failover activities. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.
