Job Title: Middleware Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to administer and maintain digital security systems for secure data transmission, encryption, and authentication.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and monitoring applications on Oracle WebLogic Server, including clustering and load balancing. You will also perform middleware upgrades, patching, and performance tuning across all supported platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administer and maintain DSU components for secure data transmission, encryption, and authentication.
  • Deploy, configure, and monitor applications on Oracle WebLogic Server, including clustering and load balancing.
  • Perform middleware upgrades, patching, and performance tuning across all supported platforms.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols, including SSL/TLS, digital certificates, and secure key management.

Requirements:

  • Education qualification: Graduate B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.

Certification Preferred:

  • Oracle Certified Professional – WebLogic Server
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
  • Oracle Documaker Implementation Specialist

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with DSU (Digital Security Utility) in enterprise environments, including encryption and secure data handling.
  • Experience in Multifactor Authentication (RSA Secure ID) administration, deployments, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Single Sign-on (SiteMinder) administration, deployments, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with middleware security best practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
  • Experience in Vulnerability Scans, Remediation, Vulnerability management strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Vulnerability remediation and mitigation approach for complex issues.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Shell, WLST, Python) for automation and monitoring.
