Job Description

We're seeking an innovative and results-driven individual to take ownership of our platform's future.

You'll shape the product roadmap by translating business needs into actionable features that deliver value to customers.

Your key responsibilities will include owning modules end-to-end, from discovery to delivery. You'll drive clarity and structure, collaborating closely with tech leads, developers, QA, design, and stakeholders to ensure every feature adds value and meets high standards of execution.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a lasting impact on our business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning one or more product modules end-to-end
  • Translating business needs into clear user stories and structured documentation
  • Collaborating with tech leads and holding developers accountable for timely delivery
  • Leading sprint ceremonies, including planning, backlog grooming, and daily syncs
  • Working with internal stakeholders and customers to define custom features and integrations
  • Driving UAT, feedback collection, and iterative improvements post-launch
  • Balancing product goals with technical constraints and timelines
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve usability and product scalability
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technical product environments
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or in end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • Strong documentation and story-writing skills
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and ClickUp
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to hold others accountable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
