Enterprise Leadership Position

We seek an accomplished leader to drive key enterprise-wide initiatives, encompassing strategic planning and change management.

  • Identify critical issues impacting the organization and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Develop and execute large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Forecast and analyze strategic variables, simulate optimal plans based on market profiles, and monitor relevant performance metrics.
  • Oversee periodic reporting of strategy performance and coordinate with internal teams for driving planning activities.
  • Support senior leaders in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, develop go-to-market strategies, annual business plans, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and drive pivotal strategic initiatives, deliver and design impactful transformation agendas and efficiency improvement projects across the organization.
  • Create comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensure their successful execution, working closely with delivery teams and consulting firms.
  • Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis to support planning initiatives.
  • Benchmark competitors, prepare in-depth analysis, and present findings periodically.
