Job Title: Senior DevOps Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps strategist to lead our application development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, IT operations, and software development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • DevOps Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy that aligns with business goals and organizational standards.

  • CICD Pipeline Architecture:

  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple application teams.

  • Automation and Orchestration:

  • Lead the automation of manual tasks throughout the application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring.

  • People Leadership:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for developing effective IT solutions.

  • Additional Accountabilities:

  • Act as a bridge between development, operations, and QA teams to remove silos and facilitate communication.

  • Establish and enhance application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.

  • Integrate security practices and tools into the development pipeline to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • At least 13 years of experience in the IT industry, minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps.

  • Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable.

  • Skills:

  • Strong experience in CICD unification program and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Leadership Experience:

  • Demonstrated leadership of DevOps or application development teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
