Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategist to join our team. As a senior business strategist, you will play a key role in collaborative teams, working closely with clients to transform their business models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while assisting the management team in identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Avoid over-reliance on individual skills; adopt a framework-based approach to effectively structure and solve complex business problems.
  • Contribute to the development of technology practice, including developing innovative ideas, frameworks, and approaches.
  • Communicate effectively and present results to all audiences including senior leaders in client organizations and implement recommendations in collaboration with client teams.
  • Work with high performing teams on a wide range of consultative projects for technology clients.
  • Mentor analysts and senior analysts for successful project execution.
  • Utilize advanced AI-powered tools to extract insights, optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business research or strategic consulting and project management with at least 3-4 years of consulting experience in a reputable organization.
  • Proven track record of working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
