Total Rewards Strategist

Job Description

Compensation Strategy & Design:

We are seeking a Total Rewards Strategist to develop, implement, and manage compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives, retention plans) that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will conduct benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Benefits Administration:

This role involves designing and managing employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.) that meet the needs of our employees.

The Total Rewards Strategist will evaluate the effectiveness of benefits and recommend changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.

Performance & Rewards:

We are looking for a professional who can drive annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts) while ensuring fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.

Analytics & Reporting:

The Total Rewards Strategist will create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis.

They will provide recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Employee Engagement & Communication:

This role requires effective communication of reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy to employees.

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and rewards.

Special Projects:

The Total Rewards Strategist will support M&A integration, organization restructuring, and mobility programs from a rewards perspective.

They will partner with global/region teams to drive consistency in Total Rewards programs.
