
Talent Management Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Management Strategist.
This role will act as a strategic partner during the transition phase and an operational delivery manager post-transition.
- Partner with stakeholders to support the definition of process transformation and technology enablement as well as data requirements, drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to GBS within the Region.
- Lead talent management work transitions into regional GBS locations, working with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders.
- Oversight readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
- Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.
- Develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard, and escalation frameworks.
- Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in human resources management, with expertise in process transformation, technology enablement, and data requirements. They should be able to drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to GBS within the Region, lead talent management work transitions, and oversee readiness activities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential for this role.
