Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven talent acquisition professional to lead the end-to-end HR function for approximately 400 employees across production, marketing, product development, and corporate roles.
Detailed Role Expectations and Requirements- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the industry.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive culture, performance, and organizational values.
- Strengthen recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and all required norms.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and incentive structures aligned with business goals.
- Promote employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and grievance redressal.
- Align HR strategy with business scalability, automation, and expansion plans.
Must-Have Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, luxury goods industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, shop and establishment/factory act, and factory-floor HR dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to balance people-centric approaches with process discipline and compliance.
Educational Background:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
Preferred Attributes:
- High emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.
- Clear communicator, conflict resolver, and team builder.
- Familiarity with ERP/HRIS tools and training modules.
- Bilingual (English plus Hindi or Marathi/Gujarati) is a plus.
