
Managing Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement

The role of a Human Resources Manager is critical in supporting the strategic growth and day-to-day operations of an organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of various HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, training & development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, develop candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate with department heads for final selections.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, support managers in conducting reviews, monitor underperformance cases, and recommend corrective actions.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, coordinate training workshops, track effectiveness, and collaborate with external trainers.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, handle payroll inputs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare HR MIS reports.
- Employee Engagement: Plan engagement initiatives, build communication channels, conduct feedback sessions, and develop reward programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HRMS tools.
