  • Bid to strengthen ties with senior business partners and executives through extensive market knowledge and analysis.
  • Identify potential recruitment needs based on company structure and growth strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment, sourcing, or strategy-related queries.
  • Analyze recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activities.
  • Promote processes and benefits of recruitment solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process)
  • A proven track record in sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be a significant advantage in this position.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Experience: 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR Quick learners with exceptional communication skills

Desired Competencies:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong experience in hiring for manufacturing roles preferably in steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space

  • Experience engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent
