The Talent Acquisition Manager position involves leading the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and regions within an organization. This encompasses planning, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a full-cycle recruitment process for roles across multiple functions including sales, claims, operations, underwriting, and more
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals to identify suitable candidates
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure optimal talent acquisition

Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Foster close coordination with business and HRBP teams to understand current and future talent needs
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-turnover roles such as front-line sales agents/advisors

Candidate Experience Enhancement:

  • Deliver timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Create a positive and smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding by streamlining processes
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and handover to HR operations for efficient onboarding

Essential Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related field (preferred)
  • 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the BFSI or insurance sector
