Talent Acquisition Manager Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top technology and product talent.

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment and full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to partner with business leaders on their manpower plans and hiring strategies.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining recruitment dashboards and regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Consulting skills to advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges, and market trends.
  • Ability to set and deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates.
  • Results-oriented mindset to drive innovative resourcing solutions and attract the best talent.
  • Collaborative approach to building and maintaining talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidate inquiries, candidate care, and facilitate employee processes involving candidates.
  • Strong judgment and consultation skills to consult on selection decisions and offers.
